
David Connelly
Responsible for overseeing growth initiatives at Offerpad. 30 years finance experience at several major institutions, including Citigroup, Sandler O’Neill, Guggenheim Securities and Bear Stearns. Strong expertise in business development and design, structuring, and placing of all forms of credit instruments – structured finance, alternative investments, specialty finance, private equity, and CRE.
Products include MBS, ABS, CMBS, CRE, SFR, servicing, originations, commercial and residential loans, NPLs, CLO’s, CDO’s, derivatives. BSM, Accounting and Business Management, Tulane University.

Matthew Arminio
Matt is an experienced real estate professional with extensive expertise across asset classes, particularly residential. He has acquired, built, renovated, managed and sold over $250M in assets, serving as principal, developer, contractor, director of acquisitions/dispositions, property manager, project manager and broker for his own funds and top institutional clients like Invitation Homes, American Homes for Rent, and Lonestar.
As principal, Matt successfully managed real estate funds deploying ~$75M. He has extensive construction experience as project manager and designer. Matt holds a Masters in Finance and Real Estate from DePaul University and a BA in Finance from The University of Notre Dame.

Edward Vanderbilt
Ed Vanderbilt has an extensive background in leading high volume acquisitions teams within the single-family residential space. Using his trading expertise, Ed has developed pricing and sourcing strategies that enabled the acquisition and renovation of over $250M in assets for top SFR funds like Invitation Homes, American Homes for Rent, and Colony Waypoint. In addition to his brokerage/consulting expertise,
Ed has also served as Principal/Director of Acquisitions for a series of fix and flip and rental funds across the Midwest and southeast. He has additional experience in SFR leasing, operations and dispositions. Ed graduated from the University of Illinois with degrees in both Finance and Psychology.

Nick Wilhelm
With over 15 years in construction management, Nick Wilhelm is a veteran expert in high-volume single family projects. He worked his way up from field manager to overseeing robust construction portfolios across multiple states. At Align Living, Nick has been critical in developing their portfolio by conducting site visits, producing scopes, and tracking analytics. His deep construction expertise is invaluable for Align’s financial engineering.
Previously, Nick was a risk analyst in insurance. He and his wife own an award-winning equestrian facility. Nick attended Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business
